The acronym you created — “AES” for:

1) Accountability and Support

2) Education – Ongoing and Reinforcement

3) Syndication – Sharing Of Others Content

could be looked at this way:

Tribes are critical to being heard above the noise of the internet world. Learning to brand yourself can make all the difference. I wholely agree with your 3 elements but I would like to add a fourth. FUN! It’s a blast learning from your tribemates, and mastering the art of social media. And it keep us coming back for more.

And really, what’s the point of living if you’re not having any fun…!!
