What Could We Possibly Learn From A Tree? Tap Root….

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010

Welcome back to my third and final post from my time with Mr. Randy Gage just a few days ago.  In case you missed my last two (2) blog posts with words of wisdom from Mr. Gage then I encourage you to quickly go back and take 5 minutes and read them.  They will fill in the background for this blog post.

To recap, I summarized Mr. Gage’s thoughts on “Duplication” and on “Culture”

Well, let’s get to today’s lesson…. “Tap Root”

“Tap Root” is a strategy or a necessity for the success of your organization and of course, your personal successes.

The Tap Root is the longest, deepest root that gathers all of the nutrition and moisture for a tree.  The lifeline of the tree in other words.

So, how does this apply to Network Marketing?

It goes back to the idea of creating “Culture”.  If you have a new person come into your organization, and whether a personal enrollee or otherwise, you need to help them.  You need to go deep into your organization…. Basically the bottom and help grow.  Doing this is called “tap rooting”.

Think of the ripple effects…. You are now working with someone who is deep in your organization…. Which means there are hundreds or perhaps thousand above them that notice new growth.  Psychologically, what do you think this will do for those about the individual you are personally helping?

It is obvious it will bring about some excitement especially in those who might otherwise be idle….

So, it does two (2) things. It gets business moving more or moving again and secondly it creates that “culture” I spoke of in the last blog post.  If you do this as a leader, you will have others do the same…

I think that there is a word for this…… hmmmm let me think…. Oh yeah!  It is called “Duplication”

I will leave you with two things :

First and foremost, start working with those individuals who are deep in your organization, those the truly need your help and get them going and secondly if you enjoyed this read, then comment would be appreciated as well as some syndication love….

Cheers  – Steve

More Tribe Talk

In my last blog post I made mention of the latest craze on Twitter, Facebook and the Internet as a whole…….  “TRIBES”.   Today I want to revisit the idea and explain where I am coming from.

I joined the tribe mastermind 1.0 in late December and was immediately welcomed with arms wide open by approximately 25 other like-minded individuals.

We are all in “Marketing” to some degree and all in different companies, with the exception the leaders of this tribal moment who are part of the same company and exploding things like never seen before.  They are using social media (the skills and attributes they have mastered) to build a business.

I quickly discovered that I needed to create a blog post on a weekly basis as everyone belonging to the community was doing the same and we were required to have open minds to learn, share and discuss any and all content.  It was networking in its purest form.  No selling, recruiting, trying to make money off of each other, no comparing of each other’s companies….. just a time to build healthy and long lasting business relationships.

Each and every member that I have worked with thus far has some sort of talent.  One in particular, Kimberly Castleberry, literally saved my blog!  She is…. and I say this in the most respectful way… a computer techy.  She knows computers and I am…. shall we say a little behind the times but learning every day!

There were a series of classes (webinars) that educated everyone on the call no matter whether you were a beginner or an “expert” in your area.  I learned so many new things about Facebook that I never knew before.  Other topics included Twitter, Youtube, Blogging and Content Creation/Syndication just to name a few.

We are very privileged to have six (6) great Leaders who keep us on track and are the brains of the operation but there are so many other great leaders in training just waiting to break out……  Each and everyone who is in the “tribe” is a Leader in many respects.  We are all going to be great leaders with the guidance of the six at the top.

If you would like further information, feel free to contact any of the following individuals:

Things You Need To Know About Internet Marketing

Monday, July 20th, 2009

Internet marketing is developing into a wider mix of aspects a company can use as a means of increasing sales – even if your business is done completely online, completely offline, or partly online. The option to use Internet marketing as part of a company’s general marketing strategy is firmly up to the company of course, but as a rule, Internet marketing is becoming an increasingly significant part of nearly every company’s marketing mix. For some online businesses, it is the only type of marketing being performed.

Internet marketing consisted classically of having a website on other websites or placing banner ads. On the other end of the series, there are loads of companies telling you that you can make a wealth overnight on the Internet and who try to sell you some form of “Internet marketing program”.

In internet marketing, you will be able to notice the outcomes of your campaign quicker, which lets you see which elements of your promotion are effective and which ones are not. You can then use your budget to the techniques that generate positive returns.

It is significant for you to know and comprehend the significant secrets to internet marketing. These can help your success by helping you find the precise audience, express your message properly and in the long run lead your target audience to purchase the product. Here are the secrets to successful internet marketing.

Marketing your pages – Keep away from taking your objective buyers to a common website, because when they get there, they won’t know the next step and you would have lost a possible buyer. It is always better to make it simple for your target consumer to take benefit of your offer.

Getting customer testimonials – Placing customer testimonials in your marketing pages is in fact a potential tool to improve a product or a service’s marketability.

Offering a guarantee – Tendering an assurance, such as money back guarantee, will simply make a consumer satisfied. It sets the possible consumer at ease that his money will not go to ravage.

Developing a good reputation – When performing business with you, customers should not have to worry about the safety of their personal information, credit card information, email, or other details they may present.

So as you can see, there are many benefits to marketing on line but do your homework and be ready for a steep learning curve.

To Your Success,

Steve
